les boissons

Finest wining, finest dining
We have loved the purest wines from the very beginning. It was owner Joop Braakhekke’s passion for Beaujolais that inspired Erwin Walthaus, whose quest for pure and honest wines earned him the 2015 Sommelier of the Year award. We have never stopped looking for the best and purest wines with a distinctive terroir. It goes without saying that our regular wine offering is constantly enriched with exciting new discoveries, as is our list of cocktails. We served Dirty Martinis, Negronis and various ‘Slings’ and ‘Fizess’ long before anyone else did.

Le Garage, a household name of 30 years
Without Joop Braakhekke, Le Garage would not have existed. It was his inspiration that created this company and made it into what it is today, as Joop’s views on the art of cooking are still at the soul of what the restaurant’s staff do. Today, Le Garage is still going strong, a sanctuary of craftsmanship and hospitality against a backdrop of a theatrical ambiance.
